HIPOPOTAMYA BILISIM LTD (United Kingdom, Company No: 16109700; 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ) is a group company of HİPOPOTAMYA BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (the "Company"), and may act solely as an intermediary in international payment collection processes. The counterparty to all sales made through the Platform and to the membership relationship is in every case HİPOPOTAMYA BİLİŞİM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
THE PLATFORM'S OPERATING MODEL
The Company acts as the seller for digital products listed in its own name on the Platform, as an intermediary service provider within the meaning of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce for the Player Marketplace and Streamer Support services, and as a hosting provider within the meaning of Law No. 5651 in respect of user-generated content.
