Streamer Support Terms

ARTICLE 1 — SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the Streamer Support service operated by Hipopotamya Bilişim Limited Şirketi, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (the "Company"), and constitute an integral annex to the User Agreement. In these Terms:

• Streamer: the content-creator Member whose application has been approved by the Company and for whom a support page has been opened;
• Supporter: a Member who sends a Support payment to a Streamer;
• Support payment: the amount paid by a Supporter from their Wallet balance for transmission to a Streamer;
• Streaming Platform: the third-party platforms on which the Streamer produces content (Twitch, Kick, YouTube and similar)

as those expressions are used throughout these Terms.

1.2. The support relationship is formed between the Supporter and the Streamer; the Company, acting as an intermediary service provider under the Turkish E-Commerce Law No. 6563, provides the infrastructure and intermediates the payment. The Company is not a party to the Streamer's content or undertakings.

SECTION A — TERMS APPLICABLE TO SUPPORTERS

A.1. Sending Support

Sending a Support payment requires a verified membership. The Support amount is collected from the Supporter's Wallet balance at the moment it is sent. Minimum/maximum amounts may apply on a per-Streamer basis and are displayed on the sending screen.

A.2. Reversal and Withdrawal

A Support payment is a service performed instantly upon confirmation. Pursuant to Article 15/1(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, a Support payment, once sent, cannot be reversed and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Claims that a payment was sent to the wrong streamer or in the wrong amount are reviewed through the support channels; cases of fraud and unauthorised use are reserved.

A.3. Publication of Name and Message

Display of the Supporter's chosen display name, message and amount on the stream screen and in supporter lists is subject to the explicit consent given at the time of sending (Explicit Consent Statement); the consent record is stored with a timestamp. Anonymous sending is possible. Messages are subject to automated and manual moderation for insults, hate speech, disclosure of personal data and unlawful content; inappropriate messages may not be displayed or may be removed subsequently. Non-display of a message does not affect the performance of the Support payment.

A.4. Minors and Unauthorised Use

Sending Support payments is closed to persons under the age of 18 and to persons using an account or payment instrument belonging to someone else. Where unauthorised use is detected, the transaction may be cancelled and the sanctions of the User Agreement apply.

SECTION B — TERMS APPLICABLE TO STREAMERS

B.1. Application and Approval

Becoming a Streamer requires completing the application form, passing the requested verifications and obtaining the Company's approval. The Company may reject an application, update the approval conditions, or suspend an approved Streamer account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

B.2. Commission and Transfer

In consideration of its intermediation service, the Company charges a commission on the Support amount. The rate applied is the rate in force at the moment of each Support transaction and is recorded in the transaction record. The Company may apply reduced or zero-commission rates, or campaign rates that increase the Support amount, for particular streamers or periods; campaign conditions and budget limits are at the Company's discretion. The amount remaining after deduction of the commission is credited to the Streamer's Withdrawable Balance.

B.3. Tax and Invoicing

The Streamer is exclusively responsible for declaring the income they earn, for its taxation and for their documentation obligations. The Company issues the documents relating to its intermediation commission and makes the notifications required by legislation.

B.4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal of the Streamer's balance is subject to the Wallet and Balance Terms; the withdrawal account must be registered in the Streamer's own name.

B.5. Content and Moderation Tools

The Streamer must not host unlawful content on their own page or in their streaming tools. The Streamer is provided with moderation tools such as supporter blocking/muting, word filters and safe mode; use of these tools is the Streamer's responsibility. The Company may additionally apply moderation to protect the Platform as a whole.

B.6. Streaming Platforms

The Streamer's accounts and obligations on the Streaming Platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms; the Company is not responsible for those platforms' decisions.

SECTION C — ROLE OF THE PLATFORM AND COMMON PROVISIONS

C.1. Suspicious Transactions and Holds

Support payments suspected of fraud, of use of an unauthorised payment instrument or of a breach of the rules may be placed on hold for the duration of the review, may be cancelled, and the related amounts may be blocked.

C.2. Refund and Chargeback Allocation

Where the payment underlying a Support payment becomes the subject of a chargeback or refund, or where the Support payment is cancelled, the relevant amount is set off first against the Streamer's not-yet-transferred/pending balance and, if that is insufficient, against the Streamer's balance, which may as a result fall into negative. In organised-fraud cases where the Streamer is not at fault, the Company may apply an equitable allocation on a case-by-case basis. The sanctions of the User Agreement and legal remedies against a bad-faith Supporter are reserved.

C.3. Changes to the Service

The Company may change the scope of the service, the commission rates and the technical requirements with prospective effect; material changes are announced to Streamers and, where relevant, to Supporters.

C.4. Entry into Force

Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by the User Agreement, the Wallet and Balance Terms and the Applicable Legislation.
