Genshin Impact

What is Genshin Impact?

Genshin Impact is HoYoverse’s open-world action RPG set in Teyvat. As the Traveler, explore regions, follow story quests and assemble a team of characters. Elemental reactions, team abilities and exploration are central to the experience.

What are Genesis Crystals used for?

Genesis Crystals are the game’s paid currency. They can convert to Primogems at a 1:1 ratio and purchase eligible character outfits in the shop. Primogems are used for the Wish system, among other purposes; each draw does not guarantee a particular character.

Crystals and Battle Pass are different

Genesis Crystals, Battle Pass and Blessing of the Welkin Moon are separate purchase options. A crystal or credit package does not unlock all of them. Check your intended content’s price, duration and purchase requirements in the game.

Understanding store cards

App Store cards add credit to eligible Apple accounts; Google Play cards add credit to eligible Google Play accounts. TL amounts listed here are not crystal quantities. Balance-payment eligibility depends on your account, store and checkout options.

Does a card automatically deliver Crystals?

No. Store cards and direct crystal bundles are different. After crediting an eligible account, complete the supported in-game purchase separately.

Are Genesis Crystals the same as Battle Pass?

No. Battle Pass is a separate purchase option. Buying Crystals does not automatically activate it.

How many Crystals does a TL card provide?

Card value and crystal quantity are not equal. In-game prices, store and eligible bonus conditions determine the amount; check the checkout screen.
